Davis Gordon Management is a boutique agency that pride ourselves on our dedicated and personal approach with all of our clients. We have an incredible client list with a number of established actors and those with raw and emerging talent. We have two sectors and represent both Adults and Children.
We are always interested in hearing from talent we haven’t met and welcome submissions and invitations to shows and showcases from prospective new clients.
Miriam Gordon-Linton
Davis Gordon Management was founded in 2013 by Miriam Gordon-Linton, a former actress, who felt there was a gap in the industry for a boutique agency whose main priorities are communication and relationships with her clients. Miriam trained at Mountview and then went on to act on stage and screen for several years before moving into the casting side of the industry and then took the leap to open her own agency. Miriam prides herself in having a great relationship with all her clients and she insists that no client should ever feel afraid to pick up the phone and ask their agent for advice. Her ethos is the more self-belief she can instill in her clients the more confident they will become for auditions. Miriam has worked hard to gain a reputation among casting directors, producers and theatre companies as an agent that recognises new and existing talent and supports, nurtures, and guides her clients towards making careers in TV, film, stage, and commercials.
Daniel Shand-Rodger
Daniel joined Davis Gordon assisting Miriam with the agency over 6 years ago. He now runs the Kids side of the agency while also assisting Miriam with the adult agency. Alongside being an agent Daniel has also been an actor for over 10 years and has appeared on both stage and screen in variety of shows from Les Miserables, The Full Monty, Bare & The Last 5 Years to name a few. He also used to run his own theatrical production company and produced 3 musicals in London. He has experience in every aspect of the industry, from casting to production to being an agent and being a performer himself which gives him a great insight and understanding when it comes to running an agency and to help the children achieve their dreams. Daniel loves running the Kids agency and looks for characterful personalities who love to perform. He loves getting to see each of his clients grow and fulfil their true potential and is always on the lookout for new kids to join the agency.
